Assistant to the Directors

Inverness Office

Due to the continued expansion of our busy Inverness and Grantown offices, we require individuals to work closely with our directors to assist them in meeting our high level of client service.

The successful candidate will work closely with a director to assist with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Review of and assisting with the completion of accounts as necessary;
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of personal and partnership tax returns;
  • Providing coaching and guidance for junior members of staff as required;
  • Assisting with client correspondence on a daily basis;

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels effectively. Previous experience in practice is desirable and although not essential the ideal candidate will have a qualification in AAT, ATT, CA, ACCA or be at an advanced stage in their qualification.
